The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location. Typically, orders made within the UK will arrive within 3 working days, European orders 7 working days and the rest of the world between 10-21 working days.
If you would like to track your shipment, please contact us and we will provide you with your unique tracking reference code.
The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded (for UK orders) and Royal Mail International Signed For (International orders). Occasionally we may use couriers such as DHL & Yodel, but a tracking number will always be obtained for your security and ours.
Returns & Support
We offer a 14 Day money back guarantee on all products. During this time, if you are unhappy with your item you can return it for a full refund, but we must be notified within this time period. In the unlikely event that you have a fault with your order, please contact us to explain the problem via our contact us form or directly to email@example.com. If we cannot resolve the issue via communication and your item is still within the warranty period, an RMA Authentication number will be issued so you can fill in our returns form and return your item for repair.
