Terms and conditions for our send-in-service
1. Controllers sent to us must be in 100% working condition
2. Any damaged, excessively dirty, or old controllers will be refused for service and returned at the customer’s expense.
3. We will not be responsible for controllers received without any order information.
4. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We suggest you get a tracking number when shipping to us.
5. You are required to pay for shipping the controller to us and recommend a tracked service
6. Send-in-controllers are not eligible for a refund, but are covered under a 30 day “limited” warranty.
7. We will only accept original Sony PS5 controllers, please do not send any third party controllers.

All deliveries sent within the UK are sent via a tracked and insured courier service. The shipping time for this service is 1-3 working days. This may be subject to change during busy periods such as the festive season.
Once your item(s) has been sent from our warehouse you will receive an email to let you know your item is on its way and delivery should be made within 2 working days. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your item(s) has still not arrived after receiving the dispatch email. Your dispatch email will also include your tracking number which can be tracked on the courier's website using the link provided in the email.
International deliveries are made via Royal Mail International Signed For delivery service. Your item will be sent from our warehouse within 48 hours and is fully insured and tracked.
This service offers delivery from Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide 5-7 working days. Once your item(s) has been dispatched, you will be notified and the item(s) can be tracked by following the instructions contained in the email.
- Controller Modz have a relaxed policy when it comes to returning your item(s).
- Should you decide within 14 days of receiving your item that you no longer want the item, or it is not as you expected, you can return it for a full refund or replacement.
- All of our items come with a 6 Month Warranty as standard for peace of mind in the unlikely event that there are any issues with your item(s).
- If you wish to return an item or have a fault, please inform us HERE and one of the team will provide you with simple instructions to return your item within 24 hours.
- If you are returning your item(s) for a refund, we will issue you with a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).
- If you are returning your item for repair or replacement under warranty, we will endeavour to send out the repaired item or replacement within 48 hours of receipt.
